Lagarde had met with Khaire in Davos Switzerland on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.
Somalia economy has been on the rise according to IMF with itsgrowth projected to increase from 1.8% to 2.5% in 2018.
However Somalia is struggling with the heavy burden of external debt approximated to be at $ 5.2 billion.
